    BACKGROUND

    What is Humlehulen?

    Peter Bach has designed Humlehulen.

The idea is to create a playful space that can be used for social gatherings and also for growing hops. Hops can get up to 6 metres tall and are normally grown on tall poles.

Humlehulen is a long growing fence that embraces itself in a Archimedean spiral that also creates an inside space with benches and camp fires.

The centre of the spiral is marked with a pole, that houses the sail covers for rainy days.
